My name is Theodore, and I have over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development.
I am the founder and CEO of DAY ONE Growth Igniters, specializing in growth strategies, branding, and digital marketing.
Throughout my career, I have led cross-border campaigns and developed market entry strategies for European companies, always with the goal of strengthening businesses and increasing their competitiveness.
As a Growth Strategist, I help businesses create actionable growth plans that meet their needs.
I was born in 1982 in Athens and studied Electrical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens. I furthered my studies at the Athens Media Lab and the Chartered Institute of Marketing Management in the UK.
I am a member of CIM, CEO Clubs Greece, and YDC, and my professional career is accompanied by numerous Ermis and Effie Awards for marketing campaigns.
In the past, I have worked in multinational advertising agencies such as Ogilvy, Lowe Worldwide, UpSet!, and Cream, managing major brands like Cosmote, Vodafone, Wind, BP/Castrol, Aegean Airlines, Pame Stoichima (OPAP), Mattel, Kotsovolos (Dixons), Sarantis, IBM, and Diageo.
Currently, I teach as an Academic Instructor at the University of West London (UWL) – BCA College, have been a speaker at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), and have taught marketing management at Hellas Business Network.
I am the father of Konstantinos and partner to Dimitra, who fill my life with love and care. My personal life brings balance and inspiration.
Outside of work, I am fascinated by scuba diving, open sea kayaking, and anything related to the sea. I enjoy playing music with friends, listening to people’s stories, and learning new things. During my breaks, I enjoy a game of chess – even online.
Dance is also an important part of my life.
Travel is an essential part of my life, making me feel like a citizen of the world, and my love for motorcycles helps me reach my destinations quickly.
