Kevin, a technically trained computer engineer based in the Silicon Valley office, is one of the leaders of the Post-Grant group in Dentons' Intellectual Property and Technology (IPT) practice. He has significant experience with patent office proceedings, focusing on post-grant proceedings such as reexaminations. He also has a long track record with trials under the America Invents Act (AIA), covered business method (CBM) patent reviews and post-grant reviews, as well as experience with prosecution. Kevin manages teams conducting IPRs and works closely with technically trained patent lawyers and litigators in Dentons' IPT practice.
