“Customer Call Centre of the Year” for once more, at the HICS awards

For yet another year, the 13888 Customer Service by COSMOTE has been awarded as the “Customer Call Centre of the Year” at the “Large Company” category, by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS).

The Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS) is a non-profit organization with the aim of recognizing and enhancing the role of those who, directly or indirectly, are in contact with the client in the private and public sectors, aiming to promote best Service practices. National Customer Service Awards were organized this year for the 9th consecutive year by HICS, to showcase via an internationally acceptable and objective process, the leaders in terms of customer service in Greece, among companies, organizations and distinguished professionals originating from different sectors.
