As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility activities and in order to further sensitise its Personnel, Alpha Bank organised in collaboration with the NGO “Philodassiki Enossi Athinon” a special environmental event entitled “Olive Picking”, in the area of the Aesthetic Forest of Kessariani.
The event took place on Sunday, November 21, 2010 and was highly successful, with the participation of 85 volunteers of the Bank, members of their families as well as associates, who had the opportunity to enjoy a fascinating environmental experience.
It should be noted that the oil which will be produced from the olive harvest will be offered for charity purposes. All the volunteers were presented with olive tree sprouts as tokens of their participation.
