COSMOTE: 3 gold awards for customer service at Mobile Excellence Awards 2018

Three Gold awards for innovative applications that improve customer service quality were nominated to COSMOTE at the Mobile Excellence Awards 2018, an annual institution which showcases innovation in Mobile Business sector.

COSMOTE was awarded for the categories:
  • Digital Innovation through Mobile with the “COSMOTE@ΥourService Mobile App“. A new Mobile app, offering an integrated package which provides support and solutions over specialized technology issues.
  • Improving Customer Care/ Support/ Experience, with the “SelfieCare“. An innovative customer service solution that reinforces customer’s digital experience by automating in a simple and safe way procedures for exchanging documents via the customer’s smartphone or tablet.
  • Innovative Services for Consumers/SoHo with the “COSMOTE UFIXIT“. A new innovative communication service via live video streaming that eliminates distances, enabling direct diagnosis and resolution of technical issues through the customer’s device camera.

By showcasing the value of human contact and the power of technology, we make a world better for all”, said the OTE Group’s Customer Services Executive Director Mr. Athanassios Stratos.

The Mobile Excellence Awards 2018 were co-organized for a 4th consecutive year by the “ELTRUN”, Athens University of Economics and Business Research Center and Boussias Communications. The candidates were evaluated by a judging committee consisting of industry’s professionals from Greece and abroad, representatives of institutional entities, university academics and mobile business experts.
