WHEN Equity Empowerment Change is a non-profit organization aiming to empower women professionally and promote workplace equality. It focuses both on individual empowerment—through mentoring, training, community building, and legal and career counseling—and on driving positive change in the social, professional, and economic environment in which we all grow up, are educated, and work.

To achieve this goal, the organization offers consulting and training services to companies and organizations, conducts research to understand the needs of women and the gender equality gaps in Greece, formulates policy proposals, and runs awareness campaigns to inform and sensitize the public about the obstacles women still face in fully participating in public life.

In 2024, the organization launched WHEN Hub, the first hub for women’s empowerment and gender equality in Greece. Among other services, it provides creative activities for the children of parents who visit the space to receive training, work, network, and build their financial independence.
