The 17th annual Conference of MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association – Europe) was conducted in Malta during May 24-26.
Some presentations which stood out were:

This year’s conference achieved a record attendance of 250 senior executives from 48 countries. The only presentative from Greece was Costas Sigalos of Global Link.
