OTE Group Telecommunications Museum new educational programs for the season 2017-2018 have started, whereas, this year the online booking platform is launched through the Museum’s website. The Telecommunications Museum becomes the first in Greece to offer online booking to all school and family programs.
The Museum’s educational programs for school groups and families include:
- 13 programs for school groups, including visual arts & technology workshops, theatrical plays, environmental workshops and speeches on safe internet browsing.
- 8 family programs, focusing on state-of-the-art technologies use, aiming at developing children’s digital skills in an experiential way.
- Daily guided tours, for school groups and cultural institutions.
All educational programs are free of charge and designed by a museum educator and specialized staff. Such programs address children aged 4-6 and 7-16 years, with themes focusing on new technologies, such as Virtual & Augmented Reality, Sandbox, etc. with the use of the appropriate equipment.
Every year, more than 4,500 people attend Telecommunications Museum educational programs.
