- COSMOTE opens up the doorway to universities for 36 first-year students

Submissions for the COSMOTE Scholarship Program are valid until October 8th 2018. The Program addresses first-year University students in Greece with 36 scholarships amounting to a total of €545,000. Applications can be submitted exclusively via the website www.cosmote-scholarships.gr.
In particular, the COSMOTE Scholarship Program consists of 35 scholarships amounting €15,000[1] each, for specific Higher Education Institutions and 1 scholarship – the “Zaharias Piperidis” scholarship, in memory of the distinguished executive of OTE Group – amounting to €20,0001 for first-year students, who succeeded in the Electrical and Computer Engineering departments of the National Technical Universities of Greece. Moreover, COSMOTE offers all its scholars a laptop and a full package of telecommunication services, such as fixed and mobile telephony, Internet and COSMOTE TV.

The COSMOTE Scholarship Program is part of the OTE Group sustainability development actions, which aim to contribute to a better world for all. Since 2002, when the Scholarships program was first introduced and until today, 622 Scholarships have been awarded to university students, amounting more than €5 million.

[1] Legal taxes, fees, withholdings and any other required expenses to obtain each scholarship, will be charged to each beneficiary individually. The net amount will be payed in four (4) equal installments.
