OTE Group was the big winner at the Sales Excellence Awards 2019, the institution that showcases excellence in sales, winning a total of 21 awards. COSMOTE, COSMOTE e-Value and GERMANOS, have won 10 Gold, 8 Silver and 3 Bronze awards for their First Line performance in sales, the successful use of innovative technologies, and the training of their salespeople.

In this context, we continuously upgrade our digital and physical customer contact points, focusing on quality service in stores and the call center, as well as on automation and procedure’s simplification. We continuously enrich our product portfolio, in order to address the modern needs. We exploit the possibilities offered by new technologies in order to provide our customers with the best possible experience”, said the BU Retail Director for Fixed & Mobile telephony, Mr Konstantinos Vouzas.

The COSMOTE Customer Service Sales Team was named “Sales Department of the Year”, and came first in the “Telephone Sales”, “Sales Increase”, “Education and Development”, “Adoption and Utilization of Best Practices”, “Productivity & Performance” categories. Also, the company was awarded, among others, for the Self-Payment Kiosk, sign language customer service via video call, and the successful launch of CosmoteInsurance.gr. COSMOTE e-Value was distinguished for its call center services, its international market development s and its educational programs. Finally, GERMANOS’s new experiential store in Glyfada was awarded for innovation.
Sales Excellence Awards were organized for the 7th consecutive year by the Sales Institute in Greece (IPE) in collaboration with Boussias Communications. The evaluation of the nominees was conducted by a judging committee, consisting of field professionals and university professors.
