European Reliance Group of Companies successfully completed a voluntarily blood donation with many participants. The procedure took place in the headquarters of our Group, with special equipment for Blood Donation provided by the Blood Donation Mobile Unit of “LAIKO” General Hospital of Athens.
Since 2003, European Reliance has its own Blood Bank and organizes three voluntary blood donation days annually that have been warmly welcomed by the Company’s employees and management team. Up to the present day, our Group has collected 966 units of blood, 568 of which have been used in blood transfusions.
The voluntary blood donation is one of the hundred actions performed by our Group over the past years for the coverage of the needs of the social fabric. European Reliance acknowledges its duties to the Greek society and will continue to operate as a model for other companies and promote such actions in its strategic planning.
