Quest Group donates IT equipment to the National Public Health Organization and the Ministry of Education

For the introduction of innovative digital  technologies in Public schools

Quest Group, having an active presence and contribution for about 40 years in the digital transformation of the Greek society, announces the Donation of advanced  IT equipment with a total value of € 500,000 to the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Health. Along with the donation, schools are provided with training and support for the implementation of a pioneering teaching program with Apple’s system and tools.

Specifically, the Group has donated 1,000 iPads 4G in the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs for immediate use by primary schools for distance learning, but also for the full utilization of devices for the introduction of the digital education curriculum through iPads. This donation provides the opportunity for integrated teaching and creative learning experience to 1,000 students through Apple’s innovative tools, which are especially designed for education. The Group also assumes the responsibility of sending the  iPads to the Principles of the schools indicated by the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, as well as the training and support to the teaching staff who will be called upon to use this technology.

At the same time, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, the Group  has proceeded with the donation of state-of-the-art equipment – 120 laptops and fdesktop computers and 15 multifunctional printers – to the National Public Health Organization (EODY), facilitating direct monitoring of developments in the fight against Covid-19, as well as the study of data and the coordination of public health services throughout Greece.

In terms of medical supplies, two (2) high-flow oxygen devices (respirators) and relatively consumables have been offered at the 2nd Pulmonary Clinic of “Attikon” University General Hospital.

Quest Group donations are made with the contribution of the subsidiaries iSquare, Info Quest Technologies, Uni Systems, ACS, Cardlink and Quest Energy and the strong belief of the Management and its employees that the crisis will be overcome soon and the next day will find all Greeks stronger and ready for new challenges.
