Alpha Bank is introducing another innovative service to its portfolio, Digital Business Onboarding, and is the first Greek bank to offer the possibility for companies to begin their banking relationship easily, quickly and without having to visit a Branch.
The new service complements a range of innovative digital services for businesses – such as the online renewal of legal documents implemented by Alpha Bank in 2019 and the online registration for Businesses to the e-Banking- in order for the Bank to better serve its business Customers, in an exclusively online environment.
“The new Digital Business Onboarding service offers businesses a modern and interactive guide to start their banking relationship with Alpha Bank in an exclusively digital environment, as well as the ability to submit the necessary documents online, safely and quickly, without the need to visit a Branch. Our goal is to remain pioneers in digital services by keeping our Customers at the heart of our services”, said the Manager of the Digital Banking Division, Agis Papastergiou.
The new digital service is available via Alpha Bank’s website for all the main legal entities (S.A., O.E., I.K.E., LTD., E.E.), and will be constantly enriched with new features.
