OTE Group: New technology project in Finland for the Europe Chemicals Agency

OTE Group has undertaken, through an open call for tenders, a new technology project for the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), which is based in Helsinki, Finland. The project involves consulting, managing services, implementation and support of applications and systems based on Microsoft technologies.

For the next four years, the OTE Group, leading the “OTE – ARHS Developments” association of companies, will provide the EU agency with consulting services on existing and new Microsoft technology systems, deployed either on premises, or in the Cloud. The project includes services provision in the sectors of enterprise architecture, security and ICT systems strategy, services for development and automated operation of applications (DevOps) and Service Desk. OTE Group’s highly-qualified engineers and associates, will ensure the implementation and monitoring of the project, mainly from the OTE Group premises in Athens, but also onsite at the ECHA facilities in Helsinki.
 
This is the third ECHA project awarded to OTE within a few months. The OTE Group has already undertaken the management of the applications of ECHA websites and webpages, and the as-a-service provision, installation, management and support of its IT workplace at its headquarters.
