It was an honour and pleasure speaking at Marie Claire – The Power Trip. Theme: the main problems that women face in leadership in the future, and of course the solutions.
The greatest problems we face, are within ourselves. We also hold the keys to the solutions. By facing and overcoming our fears, developing self confidence, learning to be assertive without aggression, believing in ourselves, and finding the right balance in our work and our lives, will enable us to be true leaders. It will ensure that we will sustain our performance over the years to come. We lead by example, and empower others to lead beside us.
