Piraeus Bank participated in the international conference for “Organic agriculture and Agro-Eco Tourism” held on the Island of Zakynthos, 16-18 September 2011, where it presented its strategy to minimize environmental impact and to support green business. The presentation also focused on climate risk management and the opportunities that emerge, explaining to the participants the objectives of the climabiz project.
The conference was organized by AgriBioMediterraneo, the regional group of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) and was attended by 150 Greek and foreign participants. Climabiz leaflets were also distributed to participants.
