COSMOTE has been certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI) for the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) the Group has developed in accordance with international standard BS 25999.
The
certification encompasses the entire range of processes and operations
deployed by COSMOTE in the framework of its Business Continuity
Management System that is designed to protect its operation against
potential threats and to ensure smooth and continuous provision of high
quality services to its customers.

COSMOTE is the first company
in the Greek telecommunications sector to have ever been certified by
the leading organization that develops and produces standards, including
British Standard 25999 itself.

certification process for the company was completed in seven months.
