For yet another year COSMOTE organised a series of educational, entertaining and socially oriented activities for its people working at Customer Service.
Namely more than 1,200 well trained employees from Athens and Thessaloniki who work behind the scene 24/7, giving every year 14 million solutions to 14 million customer requests. With its deep and comprehensive knowledge, its amiability and its willingness to be of service, the whole team demonstrates on a daily base a keen interest in identifying the real needs of customers and focuses on the uniqueness of each individual customer, forging with them relations built on trust.
With a view to honouring its people, COSMOTE dedicated to them a week full of activities during which, it welcomed children from the “Xatzikyriakeion Foundation for Child Protection” at its facilities in Athens, and children from the “Children’s Village” at Filyro of Thessaloniki.
