METKA would like to extend its warmest congratulations to Open Water Swimming World Champion, Spyros Gianniotis, for the “2011 Best Male Athlete Award” that he received from the Panhellenic Association of Sports Journalists, and to Marianna Liberta, Bronze Medallist in the recent Shanghai World Open Water Swimming Championships, for the “2011 Best Female Athlete Award” that she received from the same organisation.
