EuroCharity will this year be participating in 9 prime global events, with more to follow over the next few months, in London, Dubai, Lugano, Brasília, Zurich, Macau and Athens. EuroCharity serves as Media Partner or Supporter and, in some instances, participates as an exhibitor or delegate in these forthcoming conferences.
The participation in these international events forms part of EuroCharity’s expansion strategy.
With a mission of being Europe’s sustainable development network, EuroCharity has since its establishment in 2006 participated in and supported an impressive roster of globally-recognised events in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. Event organisers that have entrusted EuroCharity with officially communicating and/or supporting their conferences and summits include Transparency International, Ethical Corporation, SOCAP/Europe, Economist Conferences, FT Global Conferences & Events, TBLI Conference B.V. and many others.
EuroCharity (co-)organises, officially supports and participates in selected conferences, exhibitions, events and awards in order to assist its members to communicate their values, vision, activities, sustainability and corporate profiles and reports to a targeted audience of key stakeholders.
Mr. Peter Michel Heilmann, President, EuroCharity, said: “We at EuroCharity are in business to help assist our growing network of members in their path towards sustainability, while at the same time facilitating synergies, exploring opportunities and informing stakeholders world-wide on the latest sustainable development and CSR news and events. It is therefore of utmost importance that we are pro-actively communicating, supporting and, where possible, participating in international events, conferences and awards that focus on themes such as responsible investing, anti-corruption, sustainable and responsible entrepreneurship, renewable energy, social empowerment, SME CSR, responsible business and green leadership.
“The value for our members is that they receive an exclusive conference report at the end of each event, get special participation discounts if they wish to participate in these events (subject to certain terms and conditions), and enhance their knowledge of the latest global developments.
“The value for event organisers is that EuroCharity gives their events and awards extra exposure via our popular, climate-neutral EuroCharity.eu and EuroCharity.gr portals, through our fortnightly e-newsletter and by tapping into our international network of members and partners. We therefore look forward to expanding the line-up of events that EuroCharity will be supporting world-wide, in 2012 and beyond.”
