A special event was organised last week by TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS at the ATTIKO METRO premises at the Syntagma Metro station so as to award ATTIKO METRO S.A., the certificates for compliance against the standards ISO 9001 and ELOT 1429.
The award was made by the General Manager of TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS, G. Kallias, who — during his speech — empasised the importance and the necessity of these two certifications for ATTIKO METRO, especially in view of the recent changes to its Term of Association and the expansion of its business scopes in order to encompass, apart from the construction the Metro and Tramway projects, urban interventions and area re-development in the wider vicinity of the projects, as well as the provision of consulting services to domestic and foreign third parties.
Mr. Ch. Tsitouras, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, received the certificates. The event was honoured by the presence of Ms. Melitta Schubert, the Ambassador of Austria to Greece.
