Proud sponsor of the 2012 Greek Paralympic Team

HYGEIA Group, proud sponsor of the Greek Paralympic Team, undertook all medical exams and lab tests for the Team’s athletes. The medical tests were performed at HYGEIA Hospital and the Group’s affiliated primary healthcare Diagnostic Centers nationwide. Furthermore, HYGEIA Group has been financially supporting the efforts of the athletes attending the London Paralympic Games, meeting all their needs for sporting equipment, while it has also individually sponsored seven athletes, fully covering all their needs. The athletes are: Antonios Tsapatakis (swimming), Che John Fernandez (shot put), Paschalis Stathelakos (shot put/discus throw), Paraskevi Kantza (athletics), Pavlos Mamalos (powerlifting), Nikos Pananos (boccia) and Panagiotis Triantafyllou (wheelchair fencing).

In statements she made, HYGEIA Group’s CEO, Ms. Areti Souvatzoglou noted, “At HYGEIA Group, we have been serving healthcare with respect and compassion towards our fellow citizens.
