For the tenth consecutive year, through the messaging “Children’s joy is our inspiration” OTE will offer part of the revenues derived from the calls made by its subscribers during the festive days1 to the following associations:
- “Together for Children” (Association consisted of 10 charitable organizations)
- “MDA Hellas” (Association for the care of people with Muscular Dystrophy diseases) and
- “The Smile of the Child” Association.
For the fourteenth year, through the “Institution of Love” and the messaging “Did you want to help the children? Done!” COSMOTE will offer part of the revenues derived from SMS and MMS exchanged among its subscribers in the early hours of New Year’s Day2 to the following child care institution:
- “Open Arms”, Association of Social Pediatrics Friends
- Cerebral Palsy Greece
- “ELEPAP”, Hellenic Society for the Protection and Rehabilitation of Disabled Children
- “Floga”, Association of Parents of Children with Cancer
- “SKEP”, Association of Social Responsibility for Children and Youngsters – “Lamia” Orphanage for Girls
- “ELPIDA” Dodecanese Association of Parents and Guardians of People with Disabilities.
For yet another year, COSMOTE employees actively participated in the 8 institutions’ final selection process voting for the “Child’s Heart”, Association for the Protection of Information & Assistance of Children with Heart Disease among five non-profit child care organizations from all over the country.
This year too, OTE and COSMOTE will be offering the equivalent amount intended for corporate Christmas gifts to non-profit organizations. OTE will offer this sum to “EPSYPE”, Association for the Psychosocial Health of Children and Adolescents and to “SOS Children’s Villages Greece”, and COSMOTE to the “Pigi Zois” (Source of Life), Association of Parents, Children & Patients with Thalassemia, in Thessaloniki.
