In the contest, which lasted more than three months, companies from different sectors participated. Under that process, each contestant Call Center received a certain number of Mystery Calls and Mystery emails, the results of which were evaluated for each one separately based on predetermined measurement criteria.

The “CRM Grand Prix Awards” annual contest has been established since 1998 as a basic institution in customer service quality and it is conducted simultaneously in 40 countries, with the aim to elect, recognise and reward the best Contact Centers in each country. In Greece, it is organized by Teleperformance Hellas, which assesses the level of customer service of the Greek companies, creating quality benchmarks both for the market in total and by single sector of activity.
