-21 awards at the Sales Excellence Awards 2020
For successfully covering customer needs with its frontliners, for effectively promoting modern products and services, and for the innovative training programmes it provided to its Salespeople τhe OTE Group received distinctions at the Sales Excellence Awards 2020. The Group won a total of 21 awards, 10 Gold, 7 Silver, and 4 Bronze.
Specifically, OTE Group’s call centre team was declared as ‘Sales Department of the Year’ in the telecommunications sector. An important distinction also for the GERMANOS sales team, who was declared as ‘Sales Department of the Year’ in the product retail sector. COSMOTE won 6 gold awards in categories related to stores, sales department organisation, telephone sales, and training programmes. COSMOTE e-Value won distinctions in the ‘Training Programmes - Third Party Services’ and ‘Export Increase - International Market Growth’ categories. COSMOTE Insurance also received an award for its online sales.

The Sales Excellence Awards were organised for the 8th consecutive year by the Sales Institute in Greece (SIG) in partnership with Boussias Communications. Assessment of the nominees was carried out by the judges committee, which consisted of professionals in the field and university professors.
