Target Audience
The course is designed for safety, health, environmental and management personnel who have industrial hygiene responsibilities but limited training or experience in industrial hygiene.
Purpose
To develop your understanding of industrial hygiene terminology, principles and practices.

- Principles of Industrial Hygiene (IH)
- Hazards, IH and health & safety
- International and EU frameworks, guidelines and best practices
- National framework of IH and challenges of the sector
Day 2
- Hazard identification
- Carrying-out and evaluation of qualitative IH risk assessments
- Strategies to manage risk exposure/ Hazard prevention and control
- Disseminating behavior-based IH safety
Day 3
- IH oriented decision- making
- Developing an organization- wide IH Plan/Program
- Online workplace visits
- Plenary session
