European Reliance proudly announces the launching of the Car Total application, offering to all holders of European Reliance Car Insurance, direct assistance in the case of an emergency, while being on the road.
In particular, with the Car Total app, users have the opportunity, in the case of a car accident or mechanical failure and provided that they have road assistance coverage, to directly contact Inter Partner Assistance, with the touch of a button, with information about their car and precise immobilization location, in order to be located and receive immediate assistance.
Car Total is addressed to all contract holders of European Reliance Car Insurance and is quite simple to use.
The holder enters the details of his contract either manually or by scanning the QR CODE that can be found on the contract.
In the case of an accident or when road assistance is needed, all the holder has to do is select the type of assistance needed by informing Help Center, who views, in real time, the vehicle’s location as well its contract details.
With the Car Total app, European Reliance aims at improving the quality of offered services to its holders, not only by minimizing communication waiting time, but also by locating, with ease, the vehicle in rural areas or during night time.
