European Reliance, recognizing the importance of providing integrated solutions to the consumers and incorporating the most modern web technologies, announces the launching of the new innovative compensation service e-claim.
Through the e-claim service, provided for the first time to the Insurance market by European Reliance, every insured party in the Motor Insurance Sector of our Company is given the opportunity to receive online information on the progress of the compensation process in case of an accident, providing relevant information on the stages of the damage until the deposit of the compensation.
More specifically, insured parties of the Company who have been involved in a car accident, automatically receive access to the e-claim service, through which they can remain updated on the details of the damage, the details of those involved in the accident, the course of the case step-by-step, the documents which need to be submitted, the commissioning of an expert, the details of their personal Settler, as well as updates on the deposit of the compensation.
The service is initially available to the insured parties of the Company who have been involved in an accident without their own responsibility and have been included in the Instant Payment System (Friendly Settlement), with direct objective to gradually expand the service to other categories of compensations.
With e-claim, European Reliance makes use of yet another innovative technology, providing direct information through an easy, understandable way, anytime the user of the service desires, as the access in the service is possible even via a Smartphone.
