European Reliance in collaboration with the Hellenic Insurance Broker’s Association, held on February 8th a Meeting for the members of HIBA in a hotel in the center of Athens.
The meeting, which signals the events’ opening for the 40 years’ celebration of the Company’s establishment, development and social contribution, aimed to present the economic fundamentals of the Company and its development prospects, so that they further amplify the collaboration of Insurance Brokers with European Reliance.
Mr. Giorgos Karavias, President of HIBA, highlighted, in his short greeting, the Company’s powerful capital adequacy, reliability and credibility, its full and timely compliance with the new Solvency II regulatory framework, the safety provided through its collaboration with Anti-insurance Companies with high credit rating (minimum A-) and finally the Company’s stable position, for the benefit of the distribution networks.
The Vice president of the Board of Directors and Portfolio Manager of company, Mr. N. Chalkiopoulos, referred to the new data, as they develop in the Insurance environment and how European Reliance, the company that has proven practically for 40 years now that supports the Insurance Intermediaries’ project, corresponds to these.
Mr. Chalkiopoulos also referred to the Company’s philosophy and principles, as well as to the consistency that also characterizes European Reliance with regard to its relationship with the Distribution Networks.
On his side, Mr. S. Verzovitis, Member of the BoD and General Manager of Financial and Administrative Services, mentioned in detail the financial results and the development path of European Reliance. Results based on sound management, credibility and reliability of the Company, boosting significantly its share in the Insurance Market. Mr. Verzovitis also presented the perspectives, the Business Plan and the “Vision” of the Company for the next years.
The Meeting was completed by the Managing Director of European Reliance, Mr. Ch. Georgakopoulos, who encouraged the members of HIBA to deploy the Company’s experience and its prospects as well as to join the creation of a Major Hellenic Insurance company, which is destined to lead the Private Insurance sector in the next few years, supporting with the same dedication its Insured parties, Employees and Shareholders.
