Presentation Title: Risk & Sustainability: Two sides of the same coin
Short presentation outline: This presentation will deliver the latest trends and best practices in risk management through the lens of sustainability. Risk measurement, management, performance and reporting are inextricably linked to key risk indicators (KRIs) captured during the sustainability materiality assessments as required by international standards and guidelines. C-level officers from Sustainability, IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Corporate Governance, Communications and other departments now work hand-in-hand to make sure that holistic enterprise risk management (ERM) approaches incorporate all risk factors that also contribute to sustainable development. This session will present how this is adopted by some of the world’s leading corporations and an implementation road map.
