ICAP Group certified by the international organisation Investors Ιn People

ICAP was certified from Investors in People for the effectiveness of its training and development programs, always in coordination with the strategy and the values which dictate the Group’s identity. The IIP Model acknowledges that ICAP fulfills the Model’s conditions on the superiority of its employees in terms of know-how, competencies, rewards and development. The Certificate was awarded to ICAP Group by the Minister of Employment and Social Security, Mrs. Louka T. Katseli during an formal ceremony organised by the Hellenic Management Association, the National Representative of the international organisation, held on March 29, 2011 at the British Ambassador’s residence.

At an international level, more than 70,000 enterprises are certified with the IIP Model which operates in 50 countries. In Greece only 7 companies are IIP certified among which ICAP is the sole Greek Group having its Consulting department certified with the corresponding Model.
