Events for “SOS Children’s Villages in Greece” by Alpha Bank

On Saturday, September 27, 2014, in the framework of its comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility programme, Alpha Bank organised social contribution events in Athens, Thessaloniki, Alexandroupolis, Iraklio-Crete, Kalamata, Patra and Komotini, in order to support the children sheltered in the SOS Children’s Villages in Greece.

Thanks to the large participation of Bank Employees, a total of 360 cartons with school supplies and sportswear were collected. It should be noted that, additionally, the Bank offered training suits to the children of the SOS Children’s Village in Vari.

The items were collected, sorted out and packaged by Volunteers of the Bank and delivered to the SOS Children’s Villages in Vari, in Aristino-Alexandroupolis, in Iraklio- Crete, in Plagiari-Thessaloniki, in Kalamata and in Komotini.
