EUROPEAN RELIANCE: Effective and multi-awarded digital transformation

European Reliance over the past years and within the context of its digital transformation, started to implement a series of major projects in order to maximize customer experience. 

Under the general motto “Digital, yet Human” and during the implementation of a strategy that aims at superior quality and innovation, the Company created a range of digital applications and solutions that will simplify the procedures for its insured and extend their digital experience.

As a recognition of this strategy, the Company over the past 6 months received 8 awards by leading institutions to award its technological innovation.

More specifically, it received:

  • • 3 golden awards, two in “e-volution Awards”, one in the recent event “Digital Finance Awards”,
  • • 4 bronze Awards, three in “e-volution Awards” one in “Ermis Awards”, and one in “Bite Awards”,
  • • 1 Honorable Mention Award at the “Sitecore Experience Awards”.

The above distinctions relate to the corporate website and the customer’s portal “My Portal”, two main projects of European Reliance, that applied all modern trends and technologies, with key aspects high aesthetics, functional structure, friendliness for guests and simplicity in the provision of information.

European Reliance puts special emphasis on customer experience (CX/UX),since it is a point of differentiation and shapes the expectations of customers regarding the qualities of customer service.

The immediate plans of the Company are to integrate further functionalities and implement high-level services and products that will create value for its insured and will facilitate the valuable work of its Sales Network.
