Social Contribution Events by Alpha Bank!

In the context of its ongoing Social Responsibility Programme, Alpha Bank carried out on Saturday April 9, 2016, several social contribution events in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patra and Irakleio of Crete in order to support social organisations.

Thanks to the broad participation by the Employees of the Bank, a total of 680 boxes with food and other supplies were collected; in addition to that, the Bank offered 140 packages of “Planet” laundry powder.

The events were held in Athens, at the ground floor of the Main Building of Alpha Bank, (40, Stadiou Street), in Thessaloniki, at the ground floor of the Egnatia Branch, in Patra at the Patrai Branch and in Irakleio of Crete, at the Irakleio Branch, where the Employees offered food and other supplies. The collection, sorting out and packaging of the items were conducted by Volunteers of the Bank. The items collected were sent to the following organisations:

-SOS Villages

-Alexandra Hospital Newborn Department

-Medecins du Monde

-SOS Villages

-Orphanage “MELISSA”

-Medecins du Monde

– Ark of Love

– Social Organisation of Patra’s Municipality

-House of Underaged people

-House of Old Men St.Irene Chrisovalantou

-Elderly Care Unit Apostolos Titos
