This new application permits sending both insurance contracts and any documentation required for the assessment of risk and the issuance of insurance contracts to Life Insurance Sector electronically.
Using this new electronic application, Sales Offices and Company’s Associates as well as the Life Insurance Sector have readily available all documents related to the application without being necessary to keep hard copies and filing.
Sales Offices and Company’s Associates have access to the electronic application and to all documents attached at any time, even after the issuance of the insurance contract.
The new procedure decreases significantly the time spent to communications related to the correct completion of the application or the dispatch of a supplementary document, which results in the faster issuance of insurance contracts.
