European Reliance recertified according to ISO 9001:2015

In the context of its annual inspection by TUV NORD, European Reliance General Insurance CO. S.A. successfully completed all the required actions for recertification according to ISO 9001:2015.

The certification according to the internationally recognized quality standard ISO 9001:2015 concerns the quality management system implemented by the Company in the field of planning and provision of its insurance services. This certification is fully harmonised with the Company’s policy, which is aimed at constantly improving the quality of services and keeping clients fully satisfied.

It is recalled that despite the three-year period available to the Company for the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015, the Company had already been inspected since 2016 according to the new, stricter criteria of ISO 9001:2015 system, aiming at the immediate transition to the new standard.

It is noteworthy that European Reliance General Insurance CO. S.A. is the first Greek Insurance Company to hold ISO certification since 2002 for all its services.
