Alpha Bank supports Olympic gold medallist Anna Korakaki

Alpha Bank supports Olympic gold medallist Anna Korakaki, by actively contributing to the Greek Shooting Champion’s efforts for new, major distinctions at European and international events.

Anna Korakaki is the first Greek female athlete to win two medals in the same Olympic Games, as in her very first participation, in the Rio 2016 Games, she won the gold medal in the women’s 25m pistol event and the bronze medal in the women’s 10m air pistol event.

Anna Korakaki has represented Greece in more than 12 international competition events, winning major distinctions at European and international level. Her more recent success was on March 11, 2018, when she won the gold medal in the women’s 25m pistol event at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup tournament, held in Mexico.

The next major competition event for Anna Korakaki will be in May 2018, in the ISSF World Cup tournament to be held in the United States.
