Dilshan De Silva, Director, Global Sustain, Sri Lanka

Dilshan De Silva is a consultant for management systems and has extensive experience in the private sector in Sri Lanka. He has provided consultancy services for various industries in Sri Lanka including apparels, construction, engineering, IT, services, printing, agriculture, marine, toys, education, manufacturing, distilleries and plantation among others.

Dilshan has a Master’s degree in Business Management from ICFAI University in India. He is also a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 27001, 17021, OHSAS 18001 and SA 8000 systems and standards. He has an extensive knowledge on developing management system manuals and procedures and conducting risk assessments for various sectors.

Dilshan is also active in training as he has conducted many public and corporate training programs on management systems and soft skills development for various levels of management.

Dilshan is committed to improving company efficiency and excellence through better management systems and human resources development. He also supports youth on career guidance.
