European Reliance successfully completed the annual review according to the criteria of the new ISO 9001:2015 for the totality of the company’s services, after the relevant audit which was performed by the recognized body, TUV NORD.
The new ISO 9001:2015 certificate comes in perfect harmony with the company’s policy, which is the constant improvement on insurance services, and total satisfaction of its customers.
It is worth noting that European Reliance, the first Greek Insurance Company that has been certified to ISO since 2002 for the totality of its services, decided to complete the audit according to the stricter criteria of the new certificate ISO 9001:2015, despite the three-year period that it had at its disposal for the transition from ISO 9001:2008.
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate is fully compatible with the company΄s goal to provide high value added services in the insurance market.
