Quest Holdings: Uni Systems carries out project for the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA)

Uni Systems announces the implementation of yet another project in the EU agency market, namely in the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) that encompasses services provision.
The Application Development, Maintenance and Service Desk (AMS I) project is part of a framework agreement and includes the provision of Software Programming and Consultancy Services, Systems and Technical Consultancy Services, Custom Software Development Services, Systems Analysis and Programming Services, Software Development Services and Software Implementation Services.
A Consortium led by Uni Systems and composed by Uni Systems and Sword Technologies SA (Sword Group), was awarded Lot No 1, which is comprised of the Service Provision for Development and Maintenance of Information Systems and, for the specific project. The duration of the contract is four (4) years and the maximum total value exceeds 10,000,000€.

EIOPA is part of the European System of Financial Supervision consisting of three European Supervisory Authorities, the National Supervisory Authorities and the European Systemic Risk Board. It is an independent advisory body to the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union. EIOPA’s core responsibilities are to support the stability of the financial system, transparency of markets and financial products as well as the protection of insurance policyholders, pension scheme members and beneficiaries.
