Spyridoula Megalokonomou, Senior Legal BP-Energy Segment, participated in the 4th Conference on Energy Law organized by Nomiki Vivliothiki in cooperation with the magazine “Environment & Law”, and moderated the panel with the topic “The new framework on electricity supply ”. Insights were discussed on the exciting matters of the new legal framework on electricity supply contracts, the systemic flagging and cutting of electricity bill debtors, the role of prosumers under the current circumstances, and the issue of the Energy Mediator.
